Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem: 5 nights for about 154K Amex points — transfer bonus ends Oct 14

This one is a points play, not a cash sale. Amex Membership Rewards currently transfer to Hilton at 1:2.6 — a 30% transfer bonus that ends Wednesday, Oct 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT. The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem charges 100K Hilton points for a standard award night, and Hilton elite members get the 5th award night free, so 5 nights take 400K Hilton points — about 154K Amex points moved during the bonus. The same nights run $450–$700+ each in cash. No Amex points to move? Hilton is also selling points at 0.45¢ apiece through Nov 21. Stack it: 1. If you need the points, transfer Amex Membership Rewards to Hilton Honors BEFORE the deadline — Wednesday, Oct 14, 2026, 11:59 PM MT — while the 30% bonus turns every 1,000 Amex points into 2,600 Hilton points.
